This November SoftSwiss acquired Kingswin Online OÜ, an Estonian company holding the local remote gaming license.

From now on, Kingswin is part of the SoftSwiss Group of companies, while Estonia becomes a new country where SoftSwiss has established an official presence. 

Kingswin is a reputed eGaming company based in Estonia. It runs kingswin.com, an online casino powered by the SoftSwiss platform since 2015 and hosts a large number of games from reliable software providers. The company operates under the Estonian license which is both unusual because there are only a few such casinos and valuable because it is an EU jurisdiction with strong, efficient government services.

Due to this friendly acquisition, we enter the regulated Estonian market. Although the market is not so large by itself, it remains open for other European and non-European players. 

SoftSwiss is planning to offer White Label solutions under the Estonian license in addition to Curaçao and Malta gaming licenses the company already possesses. Furthermore, it provides additional benefits in the form of a wide range of payment systems that can be used in operations.
