Matchbook Agree Sponsorship Deal With The Jockey Club

Online bookmaker Matchbook has agreed a sponsorship deal with the Jockey Club, the largest commercial organisation in British horse racing.

Matchbook will be the title sponsor of 16 fixtures at Sandown Park and Kempton Park Racecourses. It will also title sponsor select races at other jump and all-weather meetings at Kempton Park throughout the year.

The blue chip meetings under the terms of the deal are the Imperial Cup day at Sandown Park on 11th March, and the Brigadier Gerard Raceday at Sandown Park on 25th May, which features the Group Three Brigadier Gerard Stakes and Group Three Henry II Stakes.

Matchbook is an Authorised Betting Partner (ABP) of British racing. Under the terms the agreement, ABP firms make voluntary payments to help fund British racing and, in turn, receive a number of benefits, such as being able to title sponsor UK races and receive preferential pricing structures with media rights holder.
