The government of Denmark wants to sell state owned Danish License Games, that is the part of the former gambling monopoly, which compete with foreign poker sites, bookmakers and casinos.

Danish People’s Party and the Social Democrats is against a sale and therefore the government has no majority to lead the sale.

Kindred Group, is ready with a bid of between 3 and 4 billion and are just waiting for the green light:

“We are ready to buy Danish License Games. We believe that the price is three to four billion, and we are ready to invest. We need just a response from the Danish government, says CEO of Kindred Group, Henrik Tjärnström”.
