Ladbrokes Standardises On LandMark 4 from Hexagon

Business News

Ladbrokes Coral Group plc, the UK’s leading multi-channel bookmaking and gaming company, is standardising on LandMark 4 property management software. Developed by Hexagon Software, the leading provider of software solutions to the property sector, LandMark 4 will enhance the ability of the newly merged organisation to manage an expanded portfolio of more than 3500 betting shops across England, Scotland and Wales.

The decision was made after a report, compiled by independent consultants, analysed the performance of the different software systems in use before the £2.3 billion merger of Ladbrokes and Gala Coral. It concluded that LandMark, as used by Coral, provided the most appropriate solution to standardise property management workflow processes and improve access to real-time information across the newly expanded organisation

According to Paul Bennett, Head of Estates for Ladbrokes Coral Group: “LandMark 4 has the ability to better support the multiple lease structures that we have in place for our shop locations without the need for multiple entries.”

Hexagon’s market-leading software solution will enable the Ladbrokes Coral Group to centralise its property management database with an online portal providing instant access to accurate, real-time data. It will provide an auditable, single point of reference showing the current status of the entire property portfolio and enable a comprehensive range of standard and custom reports to be generated in minutes for further productivity gains.

“Standardising on LandMark 4 will deliver significant productivity improvements by automating property management workflows, eliminating the need for staff to maintain manual spreadsheets and reducing the requirement for paper-based approval processes,” concluded Bennett.
