BEITAI AND SPORTRADAR PARTNERSHIP REVOLUTIONISES SPORTS DATA OFFERING IN CHINA
Sportradar has announced a landmark partnership with Beitai Digital, a leading provider of sports data products in China, that will bring Sportradar’s engaging sports data solutions to China’s fast-growing sports market.
Beitai Digital is renowned in Asia for the distribution of informative data products for major international sporting events. The company has finalised long term partnerships with highly respected digital media companies and Chinese broadcasters such as Tencent, Sina, Sohu, Hupu and Bytedance, and it also delivers data visualisation tools to national TV broadcaster CCTV-5. Beitai Digital have also provided data analytics services and fan engagement solutions to a number of Chinese Basketball Association clubs such as Guangdong Southern Tigers, Zhengjiang Lions and Shanghai Sharks.
Sportradar provides deep coverage across 48 sports and 400,000 events per year. The company’s rich content from the NBA, global soccer and eSports competitions are ideally suited for the Chinese market and fanbase. Sportradar will become an Authorized Provider of Official Real Time NBA League Statistics beginning with the 2017-18 season and already partners many other federations and leagues, such as NFL, NHL, International Tennis Federation, European Handball Federation and esports’ ESL.
