Videoslots welcomes 100th employee to rapidly growing team

Business News

Leading online casino operator Videoslots.com has hired its 100th employee after a period of rapid growth.

Videoslots has grown considerably since its inception, particularly in the past 12 months where it has seen its team double in size as it keeps up with exceptional customer demand.

The latest hires have come primarily in its content, payment and customer support departments as it continues its strategy of maintaining a strong local presence in newly-entered markets.

The operator prides itself on an inclusive and enjoyable work environment, and its latest landmark was celebrated at one of its renowned events at Infinity by Hugo’s, a luxurious sky lounge overlooking St George’s Bay and one of Malta’s premier entertainment spots. All employees were invited to attend along with various suppliers.

Alexander Stevendahl, CEO at Videoslots.com, said: “This is a momentous achievement for Videoslots. The pace at which we are growing is testament to our current employees and the great, innovative work they are doing in pushing the online casino sector forward.

“We always look to provide customers with a dedicated, relevant service, and we will continue to expand our local content teams to ensure we keep up these exacting standards.

Hazel Ashley, HR Manager at Videoslots.com, said: ‘’We do not just hire people based solely on their skills and education, but we ensure prospective Videoslots staff can adapt and contribute to our talented team. Knowledge is of course, very important, but we also value character and positive attitude very highly.’’

“In order to continue delivering our high-end service to our customers, a positive and enjoyable working environment is key, and we have achieved this balance over recent years. We encourage all looking to join our kick-ass team to send over their CV as soon as possible.”

Videoslots has enjoyed considerable success over recent months, passing its landmark 2,000th game in June. Its sights are now on 3,000 with various high-profile commercial deals in the pipeline.

It has also cemented its inclusive working credentials, recently being awarded a prestigious Women in Gaming award, and is set to take its entire staff to Ayia Napa for a getaway next month.
