Jackpotjoy plc, the largest online bingo-led operator in the world, announces today that following its successful listing on the London Stock Exchange in January, Jörgen Nordlund has stepped down as non-executive director of Jackpotjoy plc and all other directorships and consultancy arrangements with the Jackpotjoy group have also terminated.

Neil Goulden, Chairman of Jackpotjoy plc, said: “As co-founder of Vera&John, Jörgen has played a significant role in the creation of Jackpotjoy group. On behalf of the Board, I would like to express our thanks to him both for his contribution to the business over the previous three years and in particular, to our successful listing in London.”

Jackpotjoy plc expects to announce a replacement UK-based independent non-executive director in the coming months.
