Luckia Colombia has obtained a concession contract with Coljuegos to operate online gambling, the first authorized operator of 2018, and  joins the seven already operating since 2017.

Coljuegos revealed that on Wednesday it signed the eighth concession contract for gambling and online gambling with Luckia Colombia, which will use the luckia.co platform.

The entity explained that it is a five-year agreement, whose estimated value is $ 11,191 million.

Juan B. Pérez Hidalgo, president of Coljuegos, stressed that “Colombia is the first country in America to regulate online game modality. There are eight websites offering gambling online legally: wplay.co, betplay.com.co, colbet.co, zamba.co, codere.com.co, mijugada.co, and now adds masgol.co luckia.co “.

He added that at the end of 2017, Coljuegos had registered 212,866 players registered in the different authorized online operators, of which 95% of them are active.

Pérez Hidalgo also stressed that one of the motivations for investors and players of this modality of online gambling is the elimination of VAT, established in the 2016 Tax Reform.
