Atari and Bayside Games, a company developing eSports tournament games, announce their exclusive partnership to develop free competitions based on iconic Atari games like Pong, Millipede or Lunar Lander. 

Players will be able to earn real money based on their performance in tournaments. The mechanisms of tournaments will eventually use blockchains that allow in particular increased security of transactions.

In return for this license, Atari will receive royalties with a guaranteed minimum and will also receive, without any cash investment, securities representing nearly 15% of Bayside Games. This level of participation may vary slightly.
