William Hill, which will operate the sports betting book at Monmouth Park when the track launches sports betting in June, will also operate the sports betting book at Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City,  Ocean Resort Casino will open its sports book June 28.

Monmouth Park hopes to open its sports book June 8, Monmouth Park president/CEO Dennis Drazin said. Sports Betting at Monmouth Park will take place at the William Hill Sports Bar.

All of this is, of course, pending the state legislature approving regulatory legislation and Governor Phil Murphy signing the bill. Senate President Stephen Sweeney, D-Gloucester, has said the legislature, will have the regulations covering sports betting approved and ready for Gov. Murphy’s signature by June 7.

William Hill will operate a 7,500 square foot sports book in the heart of Ocean’s gaming floor. The area will feature an integrated experience with a center bar and will be surrounded by state-of-the-art video wall technology for viewing of sporting events and live InPlay betting odds.
