Playtech increases Snaitech’s share of capital

The stake held by Playtech in Snaitech’s capital rose to 96.5 percent . 

This was announced by the Israeli company issued at the end of the acceptance period of the Mandatory Public Purchase Offer, which expired on 23 July.

Pluto Italia Spa (Playtech vehicle in the acquisition transaction) will start the procedures for the “Squeeze Out” phase, ie for the transfer of the remaining 3.5 percent of capital not yet held.

The shares of Snaitech should be suspended from trading the first two days of August and their delisting from the stock market is scheduled for August 3.
