The board member Anders Brandt has informed Catena Media plc that he has decided to voluntarily resign from the Board of Directors of Catena Media to be able to focus on other current and new assignments.

We are pleased to inform that Öystein Engebretsen has accepted the offer to fill the vacant board seat by the resigning director. The replacement is pursued in accordance to the Maltese Companies Act and Catena Media’s Articles of Association for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee, which Øystein, currently is a member of as a representative of the second largest shareholder Öresund, has not participated in the resolution regarding himself. Øystein Engebretsen will receive the same remuneration as the other board members, however, prorated for the remaining time until the next Annual General Meeting.
