Gambling.com Group Plc together with its subsidiaries, issued Senior Secured Notes in an amount of EUR 16 million.

The Notes have been approved for listing by Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading is expected to be today, December 4th, 2018.

The Notes have a 3-year tenor with a fixed interest rate of 10.5 per cent. The Notes were issued under a total framework of EUR 25 million and mature on October 22^nd, 2021.
