Gaming Innovation Group has been notified of the ruling by Bergen City Court in the dispute against Euro TV AS.

The court has concluded that GiG shall transfer 3.4 million shares to Euro TV AS on the basis of an alleged oral agreement between the parties 30 April 2015.

GiG disagrees with the court’s ruling and will now assess whether to appeal the judgement together with its legal advisers. Please see note 29 in GiGs annual account 2017 for further information about the dispute.
