Lottoland wants to buy the German rival Tipp24. The Gibraltar-based company made its proposal public on Friday in a letter to the board of Zeal Networks. 

Zeal intends to discontinue Tipp24’s business and will only appear as an online seller of lottery tickets in the future. Zeal wants to take over its former German subsidiary Lotto24 , which operates Tipp24 Lottoland wants to dissuade Zeal from this project at the last minute.

Lottoland promised Tipp24 a purchase price of 60 to 76 million euros. This would be more attractive to the shareholders of Zeal .
