LeoVegas founder sells £5m worth of shares

Robin Ramm-Ericson who is a director of Leo Vegas and one of the founders has sold a total of 1,700,000 shares in the company for a total of SEK 58,850,000 ( £5m ).
This was reported by the Finansinspektionen’s transparency register.
Robin Ramm-Ericson said: “Leovegas is and has always been my passion. Now I will make a number of complementary investments and therefore need to dispose of a smaller part of my holding ”
“My involvement in Leovegas does not change, I am still one of the largest owners and do not intend to to sell more shares in the near future “.
