Leor Hemo, Founder, and Managing Principal, and Aran Ploshansky, Associate at Vantage RES represented the landlord in this transaction. The new office will mark Bet365’s entry into the US market. Hemo and Ploshansky worked closely with Anne Klein of Newmark Knight Frank, the firm that represented Bet365, in this transaction.
