ATG buys the Danish gaming company group Ecosys. The company consists of Bet25.dk (sports betting), Rød25.dk (casino) and casinogo.dk (mobile casino).

With the acquisition of Ecosys, our customers have the opportunity for larger profit pools and an even more attractive gaming experience, says Hasse Lord Skarplöth, CEO ATG.

In November 2017, ATG signed an agreement to acquire Ecosys A / S. The agreement was conditional on the Swedish gaming market being re-regulated in accordance with the gaming investigation proposal. The new game law came into force on January 1, 2019, and ATG can therefore now complete the deal.

With the acquisition of Ecosys, we see good opportunities for growth in the Danish market. Ecosys has well-established brands and we are happy and expectant for the collaboration, says Hasse Lord Skarplöth, CEO ATG.
