STS, the largest bookmaker in Poland, has introduced a 24/7 customer service available in 5 languages: Polish, English, German, Ukrainian and Russian.
The STS Customer Service Department holds over 30,000 conversations a month. Nearly 9 out of 10 customers are satisfied with the level of service.

For several years, we have been developing our innovative mobile app, broadcasts of sports events from all over the world, and our own withdrawal system. From now our Customer Service Department, which serves the largest number of players in the bookmaking industry in Poland, is available 24/7, while our consultants speak as many as 5 languages. In addition, we offer a dedicated team for VIP customers. This is another competitive advantage of STS, which allows us to move even further ahead of other entities in the industry,” says Mateusz Juroszek, President of STS.
The STS Customer Service Department has a high customer satisfaction rating: as many as 87% of customers are satisfied with how they are served. The service was assessed by more than 52,500 customers last year.
