Sinitic.ai, producing advanced AI-enabled chat bots, or “AICX (Automated Intelligent Customer Experiences) solutions,” for igaming firms in Asia, recently won the second Innovation Launchpad award at Asia’s longest running C-level event, the 11th iGaming Asia Congress.

Judged by a panel of experienced igaming operators and an audience of over 150 C-level iGaming executives and investors, Sinitic.ai was named the winner after considering three start-ups: Sinitic, Warbler Gaming, and Luckbox. Each had eight minutes to present and another five minutes to answer questions from the judging panel.

Harmen Brenninkmeijer, managing director of Dynamic Partners, lead the Start-Up Launchpad as he did last year. The judging panel was composed of Hilltop Capital Ltd. President Takao Ohara, Junglee Games CEO Ankush Gera, and Emerging Markets Capital Director Marco Roque.

“We were very excited to get our multi-lingual, including Chinese and Thai, AICX solution in front of such a high-level audience,” Sinitic.ai CEO Curtis Matlock. “And even more excited to win. This Launchpad was excellent exposure for us in Asia; we’ve already received a lot of interest from attendees in exploring our product.”

“While all of the entrants were excellent, Sinitic.ai won over the panel and the audience with a very compelling pitch,” Brenninkmeijer said. “By identifying and solving a large issue in the region—escalating call center costs and player retention—Sinitic.ai promises to resolve it with an innovative and scalable solution. This company will be going places.”

As winner of the second iGA Innovation Start-Up Launchpad, Sinitic.ai was granted a table top exhibitor booth and one delegate pass, valued at $9,800, that they can use at one of Beacon Events’ gaming conferences: Gaming, Racing & Wagering Australia 2019 in Sydney, Asia Gaming Summit 2019, or iGaming Asia Congress 2020.
