STS the largest bookmaker in Poland, has just opened its first stationary premium betting shop. The facility is located in the centre of Szczecin at Al. Niepodległości.

Moreover, the company plans to open a number of high standard units in the centres of the largest cities in Poland. The retail channel, which is currently responsible for approx. 20% of revenues generated by STS, has recorded a nominal year-on-year increase in value for eight consecutive years.

In 2018, a customer satisfaction survey was conducted at the request of the bookmaker at STS units throughout the country. The survey showed that 97% of customers evaluated the level of customer service as high and very high. The satisfaction of users with the standard and equipment of STS facilities was also verified. As many as 93% of respondents assessed them as very high or high.

Despite the fact that STS conducts its business mostly through the Internet, we are constantly investing in the development and modernisation of stationary units throughout the country.

Last year our network of betting shops observed an 16% increase in revenues in relation to the previous year. New high standard facilities are addressed to customers who prefer to use the traditional sales channel. We offer a number of services, including the possibility of watching broadcasts of sports events or checking the offer on tablets. We still see great potential in the segment of stationary facilities, which is why the current number of over 430 points will continue to grow – says Mateusz Juroszek, CEO of STS.
