William Hill has appointed a committee chair at Greene King PLC to its board as an independent non-executive director.

Lynne Weedall will join the betting firm’s board at the start of July. Weedall is currently a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee at pub owner Greene King, as well as being a non-executive director at ingredients manufacturer Treatt PLC.

Weedall will join William Hill’s corporate responsibility, nomination, and remuneration committees. Robin Terrell will leave the corporate responsibility committee once Weedall joins.
