Carolina Swaffer appointed Head of Ombudsmen & Customer and partner service at Svenska Spel
Carolina Swaffer has been appointed Head of Agents & Customer and Partner Services at Svenska Spel.
The service is brand new and Carolina Swaffer will be a member of Group Management and report directly to the CEO. She comes from a post as Head of Communication Services Sweden at Postnord and takes up her new position at Svenska Spel on June 1, 2019.

As Head of Ombudsman & Customer and Partner Services, Carolina Swaffer will be responsible for the Svenska Spel Group’s work with more than 6,500 agents and partners across the country and service to the Group’s 2.1 million customers.
Prior to the new gaming market, Svenska Spel made a major transition in 2018 with adaptation of the Group to the new gaming regulation and competition law. Among other things, the Group was divided into three business areas. Agents work with the business areas Tour and Sport & Casino, while Customer and Partnerservice provides support to all three business areas.

I hope, among other things, to contribute with my long experience of digitization, omni channel and sales. Carolina Swaffer has been Head of Communication Services Sweden at Postnord and has been part of Postnord Sweden’s management team since 2014. Prior to that she has had various roles in sales and service development at Postnord / Posten and also has many years of experience from Telia.
