Bayer 04 Leverkusen extends Tipwin deal

Fernando Carro, chairman of the board at Bayer 04, said: “The ambitious operating principles of our partner Tipwin fits in brilliantly with Bayer 04 Leverkusen. I’m very happy about the extension to our tried-and-tested and amicable collaboration.”

“Tipwin are fully committed to the current partnership with Bayer 04 Leverkusen and we therefore didn’t find it difficult to agree to the extension,”  said Dr. Damir Böhm, head of the legal department at Tipwin and specialist in gambling law at the chambers of Böhm & Hilbert. “Our target is to establish technical measures in the sports betting market, be as professional as possible and yet work in an informal atmosphere. That is easy to agree with a club like Bayer 04.”

The contract between the Champions League participants Bayer 04 and the private sports betting company includes comprehensive logos in the stadium interior, TV-relevant presence on additional advertising media for Bayer 04 home games plus services on digital platforms. Tipwin have been successful in the German market since 2014. The number of betting outlets has grown to around 600 at present.
