Global Gaming loses Swedish court appeal

Business News

The Administrative Court of Appeal has rejected SafeEnts’ appeal against the Administrative Court’s decision not to issue an inhibition.

This means that SafeEnt may not conduct gambling activities while the gaming inspection’s decision on revocation of the company’s license is being tested.

The Swedish Gaming Inspectorate believes that the risks for the customers would be great if the company were allowed to conduct gambling activities and therefore welcomed the decision of the Administrative Court of Appeal.

On June 17, the Gaming Inspectorate revoked SafeEnts licenses after the authority discovered, among other things, serious shortcomings regarding gambling responsibility and the work against money laundering.

SafeEnt is the company behind the Ninja Casino and Spellande brands.
