Aspire Global’s Director of the Board and CEO Tsachi Maimon will resign from the position as Director while remaining as CEO of Aspire Global in order to secure full focus on the execution
of the growth strategy.

Aspire Global has over the past year transformed into a complete iGaming supplier for operators. As a consequence, the company is targeting new customer segments with tier 1 and 2 operators as well as new geographic markets such as the US. An essential part of the growth strategy is also M&A activities.

Carl Klingberg, Chairman of the Board, said: “Tsachi presented this idea to the Board in order to free up more of his time. Since Aspire Global is in an exciting growth phase with many interesting strategic initiatives on its agenda this is a wise step in order to enable him to dedicate more of his time to the execution of the strategy.”
