Thunderspin unveils Italian launch
Thunderspin CEO, Jeff Letlat, talks to 5 Star about the companies recent entry into the Italian games market.
Thunderspin Games were recently certified for the Italian market, please tell us more?
That is correct, our content has been successfully certified under iTechLabs, with a range of our best-performing titles all ready to be launched in the coming months. Most recently we have been receiving a high demand for our games from Italian operators and we are expecting to go live with the first partner in the upcoming week.
How many games do you intend to launch?
Apart from the many popular titles that we already have available such as Angels vs Demons, The Money, Vikings: Frozen Gods, Egypt Story and Stellar, we will be looking to add more innovative titles on a monthly basis so that we will be sure that all players accessing our portfolio of games will surely find what they are looking for. Our strategy in developing a game isn’t just about reskins but we make sure to always take into consideration the players feedback through our partners, helping us to be able to deliver innovative games to our platform.
What attracted Thunderspin to the Italian market?
Entering the Italian market is another milestone for Thunderspin as we continue to establish ourselves within regulated markets and undoubtedly, Thunderspin would be an immense add-on to operators that will be targeting Italy’. The iTechLabs certification has made it possible for us to enter one of the biggest EU regulated iGaming markets and gain great partnerships for our company.
How would you sum up the first six months of this year from a slot games success point of view?
The first 6 months of this year have been most definitely challenging with the Covid-19 crisis that literally brought the world on its knees. However, at Thunderspin instead of retracting we put on our thinking hats, worked closer together and made things happen. We made sure to utilize this time in the best way possible to come out bigger and stronger after the crisis, and this is exactly what Thunderspin is doing by entering into the Italian market. In the past few months, we have also introduced 7 new team members who come baring years of experience in the iGaming industry and this is the first of the many big steps ahead of us.
