Scientific Games has appointed Laura Probert, VP Talent from WPP as Chief People Officer for the company’s Digital team.

Reporting to Scientific Games Digital Group CEO Jordan Levin and Scientific Games global CHRO Eileen Moore Johnson, Laura will be responsible for the Digital business unit’s HR function. She brings a wealth of experience in delivering successful People and Culture strategies and comes with a passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), an area she is keen to focus on within her new role.

Laura joins from global advertising agency WPP plc where she was Group VP Talent for outcome media company, Xaxis. Previously, she enjoyed a nine-year spell with Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment, holding various senior positions. In her last role as Global Head of Employee and Organisation Development, she was responsible for performance and employee management, employer branding and the employer value proposition.
