Based on the current performance of our operations and the actions undertaken by most of our subsidiaries, the EBITDA impact from the pandemic is not expected to be significant post 3Q21 and will be limited to €4m on an annual basis, attributable mainly to the restriction measures imposed in Australia and the impact in Western Europe.

The extent to which the COVID-19 pandemic may impact further the financial performance in 2021 will depend on future development of the pandemic. In any case, all containment measures assumed by our Company remain intact and will be enhanced in order to absorb the potential impact in the financial results.“
