888 Holdings has provided an update on the acquisition of the international (non-US) business of William Hill as previously announced on 9 September 2021, and as updated on 30 November 2021.

The company confirms that it now expects to publish a combined circular and prospectus for the Acquisition and Capital Raise during Q2 2022, with the shareholder vote to follow. Completion is expected to occur thereafter during Q2 2022, subject to the satisfaction of any remaining conditions to completion.
