Jack Wilshere has teamed up with Paddy Power to create a hilarious video in which he announces his desire to return to the professional game. 

The spoof clip sees two marketing execs kick-off their meeting by presenting their ‘Retirement plans for Jack Wilshere’. 

Paddy Power PR consultants advise the former England international on hot new trends in the game in an effort to get his name back on the market and grab the attention of the most social-media-savvy clubs out there.

A spokesperson for Paddy Power reflected on the clip and Wilshere’s involvement. They said: ‘Jack Wilshere hasn’t actually retired from football yet – who knew?! He’s still a top professional though, so we wanted to do our bit to help him get back in the game.
