Danske Spil hire new director of lottery division

People News

The new director of Danske Lotteri Spil will be 42-year-old Malene Mølgaard, who comes directly from a position as director of Erhverv Direkte in Tryg Forsikring. Malene Mølgaard replaces the former director, Pernille Mehl, who left Danske Spil.

Malene Mølgaard has been with Tryg Forsikring for seven years, and for the past three years has been responsible for Tryg Forsikring’s small business customers. This has meant that Malene Mølgaard has, among other things, been at the forefront of optimizing and developing the digital channels for all Tryg Forsikring’s business customers for CRM, business development and for sales support for all Tryg Forsikring’s business customers. Before Malene started in Tryg Forsikring, she was for ten years in the ISS Group, where she has been responsible for strategy and innovation and been HR Project Manager and Nordic Project Director.

I am very happy to be able to hire such a strong profile as Malene as director of Danske Lotteri Spil. During his time at Tryg Forsikring, Malene has delivered great results in areas such as online and digitalisation, and is also an experienced and well-liked director with a great drive, says Nikolas Lyhne-Knudsen, CEO of Danske Spil and continues:

Malene has the perfect profile to continue with our talented employees and strengthen the great development that our lottery business is in full swing, and I look forward to having her on board.
