The Supervisory Board of Parimatch Tech stated that the company is withdrawing the franchise due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

In 2016, all rights to use the Parimatch trademark were transferred to Betring LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, Parimatch Tech provided the Parimatch brand for operations in the region. Termination documents have been prepared and sent to Betring LLC, and the holding continues to develop restrictions on the use of the brand in local sponsorship contracts.

To help the defenders of Ukraine, Parimatch Tech has allocated UAH 30 million for protective ammunition, food, medicine and logistics. The company continues to pay salaries, hire new employees, and maintain guarantees for those who planned to leave the company before the war.
