Bojoko awarded West Virginia and Michigan licences

Bojoko has strengthened its position in the fast-growing US market after securing licences in both West Virginia and Michigan.

Bojoko is already live in New Jersey where it has been providing players with access to expert information and powerful search and filtering tools for more than 12 months. Players in West Virginia and Michigan can now also use Bojoko to browse and choose from licenced casinos in each respective state. Bojoko plans to take the same approach to the US market as it has done in Europe and internationally, where it has become one of the leading affiliate brands in the UK, Finland, Canada and New Zealand. This includes using its “double layer” validation process that sees members rate and review gambling sites based on the experience they receive combined with feedback from independent testers.

This ensures that Bojoko members and visitors have a clear idea of what to expect at each site before they sign up, deposit and wager. Bojoko is also big on responsible gambling and provides players with the information they need to understand how to use the tools offered by casinos to stay in control of their play. The affiliate has ambitious plans for the US market, which include securing licences in all regulated states. It is also in the processes of opening a US office in New Jersey.

Joonas Karhu, Chief Executive Officer at Bojoko, said: “Securing licences in West Virginia and Michigan form part of our wider plans for the US market and will allow us to significantly increase the size of our addressable audience.  “Bojoko has already hit the ground running in the Garden State where players are enjoying our open and honest approach to helping them browse and choose online casinos, and now players in West Virginia and Michigan will be able to do the same.  “Both states are showing fast growth with plenty of untapped potential, and we look forward to helping players in each state find the best licensed betting brands from them.”
