Tabcorp Holdings is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of New South Wales today approved the scheme of arrangement for the demerger of The Lottery Corporation from Tabcorp.

As previously advised, the Demerger was overwhelmingly approved by Tabcorp shareholders at the General Meeting and Scheme Meeting held on 12 May 2022.

Tabcorp intends to lodge a copy of the orders made by the Supreme Court of New South Wales approving the Scheme with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Monday, 23 May 2022 and the Scheme will be effective on that date.
