PointsBet Holdings has announced changes to its Global Leadership Team.

Transition of President, Product and Technology and Appointment of Group Chief Technology Officer.

Mr Manjit Gombra Singh joined the Company as President, Product and Technology on 29 July 2019 and was appointed as an Executive Director on 17 October 2020. He was the former Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of leading global gaming technologies provider Aristocrat Leisure Limited, and has a track record of delivering leading product and technology strategy for mobile, social and traditional casino gaming products.

Mr Gombra-Singh will transition to a Non-Executive Director effective today, 1 June 2022.

The Company is pleased to announce Dr Jerry Bowskill will join the Company as Group Chief Technology Officer on 18 July 2022, taking over from Mr Gombra-Singh.

Dr Bowskill is an experienced technology executive with a successful track record as a C-level leader within a range of international regulated gaming and fintech organizations, from start-ups to public companies.

Most recently Jerry is the outgoing Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer at Capital International Group, Dr Bowskill is the former Chief Technology Officer at both The Stars Group and Scientific Games Interactive and has held other senior technology roles at Playtech, Gaming Technologies Solutions and Partis Solutions.

Commenting on the appointment of Dr Bowskill, PointsBet Group CEO Sam Swanell said: “We are very pleased that a Senior Executive of Jerry’s quality and experience is joining PointsBet. Jerry has a wealth of gaming technology experience across numerous organisations and brings key leadership and technology capabilities to the global business as we continue to drive our technology strategy forward”.

Commenting on his transition to Non-Executive Director, PointsBet Chairman Mr Brett Paton said: “Since joining PointsBet as part of the Executive Leadership Team and more recently as Executive Director, Manjit has made a significant contribution to our technology and cyber security capabilities, increasing the speed and reliability of our product offerings and spearheading our technology strategy, including the development of our iGaming vertical. Given his industry experience and leadership skills, I have no doubt that Manjit will continue to make a valuable contribution to the Board.”

Appointment of Australian Chief Executive Officer.

The Company is also pleased to announce Mr Andrew Catterall will join the Company as Australian CEO on 4 July 2022. Mr Catterall is the former CEO of Racing.com where he led the business through a major transformation in broadcasting, digital media, rights acquisition, audience development and commercial growth. Prior to Racing.com, Mr Catterall held senior leadership positions at Racing Victoria and the Australian Football League (AFL).
