ATG has collaborated with the Swedish Biathlon Association since 2018 and now the collaboration is extended by four years, with the intention of extending another two years.

The collaboration with the biathlon association and ATG shifts up and goes from being the main sponsor to also being a so-called Presenting Partner. This means, among other things, a new, joint venture and a look behind the scenes in an upcoming series with some of the national team’s biathletes.

Like trotting, biathlon is a popular sport and it is very fun to take our cooperation one step further. We have many fun projects underway, which will benefit both trotting lovers and biathlon fans. We have an exciting time ahead of us, says Johanna Åberg, marketing manager at ATG.

Part of the expanded collaboration will thus be a new project that aims to bring the sport closer to the people and make it more accessible to Sweden’s biathlon enthusiasts. It will be a very exciting project that will be presented during the autumn.

There is a great curiosity among our supporters to get to know the biathlon stars even better, says Rikard Grip, Secretary General of the Biathlon Association. Thanks to ATG and their investment as a Presenting Partner, fans will get behind the scenes and see exciting parts of our preparations that have never been shown before. I think fans will love this opportunity.

The Biathlon Federation’s Strategy 2026 is based on Sweden being a world leader in biathlon in several aspects, both in terms of sports and education and recruitment.

The partnership with ATG is an important building block in our strategic work towards 2026 and enables the investments required to achieve our lofty goals, says Rikard Grip.

Also next season, ATG customers will have the opportunity to follow and play biathlon.
