Sportech reported a pretax loss for the first half of 2022, but said that it has no debt and that online revenue grew in the period.

The London-listed betting-technology company posted a pretax loss for the period of 802,000 pounds ($932,004) compared with a profit of GBP253,000 for the same period a year earlier.

Revenue rose to GBP12.6 million from GBP11.8 million for the prior year.

Sportech posted a brief outlook, stating ‘enhancing group value remains the board’s key focus and the group strategy is structured accordingly with regard to this central measure.’
