TAB announces a game changing partnership with Queensland’s fastest growing race clubs that will innovate the race day experience and bring punters closer to the action via our television and radio assets.

The partnership will include the development of ground breaking major race day activations, new media content via the TAB App and enhanced coverage of the race clubs via Sky Racing and Radio TAB.

The partnership with the State’s largest provincial clubs will be pivotal to the growth of racing in Queensland.   Tabcorp’s Chief Customer Officer Jenni Barnett said:  “This is a new era for us in Queensland,’’ she said.  “These are more than wagering sponsorships, they’re genuine partnerships to use our entire ecosystem to grow each club. From creating activations that attract people to the track to using our media network to promote each club.

“TAB is the only company that offers a digital, retail, television and radio broadcast capability to assist each club to innovate and grow.  We’re really excited with what we can achieve in each community.”

Ms Barnett said TAB deliberately sought to partner with some of the region’s most innovative clubs.

“This is an opportunity for us to help grow Queensland’s richest race day in Magic Millions, innovate night racing and partner with the clubs as they host more Saturday metropolitan race meetings.

“We’re rapidly transforming TAB with a new TAB App, new products on the way and a revamped retail experience. We’re customer obsessed in everything we do and we’re really excited about the growth opportunities moving forward.”

Gold Coast Turf Club Chairman Brett Cook said: “Once again the collaboration between each of the four Clubs has enabled the best outcomes for all involved and can only enhance programming, night racing strategies and media opportunities in the future.”

“The Toowoomba Turf Club is delighted to continue its relationship with TAB. We are also excited to continue a close relationship with the other SEQ clubs and TAB.“

Ms Barnett said TAB had completed its partnership strategy for southeast Queensland.
