Caesars Sportsbook approved in Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission unanimously approved Caesars Sportsbook, awarding its third mobile MA sports betting license in a week.

During the second leg of two days worth of suitability hearing, Caesars officials agreed to refrain from advertising partnerships with state colleges and ensured commissioners they learned from tech slipups in other states.

“Thank you for your patience with us as we go through this process,” Commissioner Brad Hill said. “Congratulations to you and welcome to Massachusetts.”

Additionally, the media company will have to limit audience members for all future Barstool Sports College Football Shows to those who are 21 years of age or older as part of the approval.
