Sisal announces the simplification of the Group structure aimed at rationalizing the corporate structure and defining a legal entity for each country in which the company operates.

Sisal Italia SpA, born from the merger by incorporation of Sisal Lottery Italia into Sisal Entertainment, became operational on 1 April 2023.

Following the reorganization, the parent company Sisal SpA owns 100% of the share capital of Sisal Italia SpA, which, in turn, owns 100% of the share capital of Sisal Gaming Srl, a company that operates in the direct management of Sisal, in the rental and management of gaming machines and the development, production and assembly of gaming machines and gaming software.
