FDJ names Dominique Cavalié director of employee experience and transformation
Dominique Cavalié joins the FDJ group as Director of Employee Experience and Transformation. He succeeds Pierre-Marie Argouarc’h who is retiring.
Dominique Cavalié (55) holds a master’s degree in labor law and human resources (University of Paris Panthéon Sorbonne) and a DESS in work organization and change management (University of Picardie Jules Verne). He has spent his entire career, which began in 1993, in human resources and change management.
His various professional experiences have enabled him to pilot projects and manage teams in Europe, Africa, Asia and the United States. Over the past thirty years, he has notably supported, as Director of Human Resources, groups such as Elior, La Martiniquaise, Rhodia, Bolton, Sofiprotéol, or the Linxens group, whose creation and development he actively contributed to. the international.
Since 2020, he has been Director of Human Resources for the Eoliance group.
Dominique Cavalié will be responsible for strengthening attachment to the FDJ employer brand and supporting the Group’s international development.
