Pennsylvania Lottery sales hit $460 million in September

The Pennsylvania Lottery announced it has generated record revenue in September of $459.6 million in, driven by more than $370 million in traditional games sales, such as scratch-off tickets and multi-state draws.

In a statement, the PA Lottery said “We are extremely proud that we kept funds flowing to programs that benefit older Pennsylvanians during a year when many sorely needed this assistance,” PA Lottery executive director Drew Svitko said in a statement

The Lottery’s last month year was in the 2018-19 fiscal year when it had $4.5 billion in sales and had a profit of $1.1 billion.
