Rule the Wasteland

The wasteland surrounding Nitropolis is home to the Rogue Rats. Leading up to the final battle, these rodents are scouring the deserts for Nitro, and weakening the Nitropolis Police Department by blowing up any vehicle or HQ that gets caught on their radar.
