bwin Fans Final launched as a unique activation of bwin’s UEFA Europa league sponsorship
bwin is giving football fans across Europe the chance to feel like a pro, with the 2024 launch of it’s popular bwin Fans Final campaign.
Part of the brand’s multi-year partnership with the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Europa Conference league, the innovative activation gives millions of fanatics the chance to be part of the ultimate footballing experience; first by attending one of the biggest football matches in the calendar, the UEFA Europa League Final in Dublin on Wednesday 22nd May 2024, before playing on the very same pitch at the Dublin Arena the following day.
If the thought of UEFA Europa League Final tickets, two nights accommodation, and the chance to play on the iconic turf wasn’t enough, this year’s Fans Final will see winners coached by legends of the game before and during the 11-a-side match. The soon to be announced icons will work closely with their teams, with the hope of guiding them to lifting the coveted ‘bwin Fans Final’ Trophy.
Head of brand for bwin, Anna Kochanska says: “We can’t wait to be bringing the bwin Fans Final to Dublin, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, that any football fan will want to be a part of. The UEFA Europa League Final is set to be one of the hottest tickets in town come May, so we’re delighted to take the experience of being at the match one step further with what will be an unforgettable moment.”
bwin is supporting the pan-European football fan competition with an exciting marketing campaign with touch points across digital advertising, TV, social media and CRM channels. It is expected over 70,000 football fans will enter the competition, with the number of entrants in last season’s campaign doubling since its launch the year before, making it a truly expansive and exciting competition for football fans.
bwin is in it’s third season of working with the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League as an Official Partner. During this time the partnership has helped bwin deliver exciting opportunities for thousands of customers across Europe including access to unmissable match day experiences and exciting digital content.
Head of Sponsorship for Entain, Gemma Bell says: “bwin has long been synonymous with the beautiful game with a rich history of supporting teams and tournaments across the world, from the grass roots right up to the elite. We’re committed to continuing this rich legacy by delivering innovative, money can’t buy opportunities to our sports mad customers, with our partnership with UEFA delivering exactly this.”
