Iowans placed $220 million in sports bets in February, according to a new report from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC).

About $6.3 billion have been wagered in Iowa since sports betting became legal in the state back in August 2019.

The combination of college football, NFL, NHL and college basketball is a winning formula, leading to a 23% year-over-year profit increase for Iowa State. This reinforces the growth and momentum shown in IGRC’s new data.
