Online drives Lottomatica’s first-quarter revenue

Lottomatica Group the leading Italian operator in the legal gaming market, has announced the results for the first quarter of 2024

In the first three months of 2024, Lottomatica collected bets for Euro 8.7 billion, +20% compared to the same period in 2023. The Online segment continued to outperform, with bets up 36% compared to the same period of 2023.

Revenues of Euro 440.1 million, +4% compared to Q1 2023, up +16% . Online revenue of Euro 150.4 million,+21% compared to Q1 2023. FY 2024: Revenues of Euro 2,020 – 2,065 million and Adjusted EBITDA of Euro 680 – 700 million. Includes 8 months of contribution from SKS365; implied FY 2024 Adjusted EBITDA for SKS365.Euro 80 million, which compares to FY 2023 Adjusted EBITDA of Euro 72 million (c.11% YoY Revenues and Adjusted EBITDA growth).

Guglielmo Angelozzi, Chief Executive Officer of Lottomatica Group, commented: “In the first quarter of 2024 we have continued our path of organic growth, also supported by solid market tailwinds, with Revenues and EBITDA achieving double digit growth YoY (at normalised payout).

We have successfully completed the acquisition of SKS365 in April 2024, therefore upgraded the guidance, and continue to execute on our strong pipeline of bolt-on M&A”.
