LinkedIn has announced a list of the best technology employers, with Entain ranked as the number three company to work for.

The list classifies companies into eight categories as indicators of career development using LinkedIn data. These include probability of professional advancement, whereby they professional networking site monitors employee promotions, as well as skills acquisition among employees, and turnover.

In addition, the list gauges demand for employees from the companies listed, as well as support within the organizational culture and connection density among employees. The criteria also includes gender and academic background diversity, as well as the presence of local employees.

“After a turbulent period in the innovation sector, which saw thousands of professionals lose their jobs, the companies selected this year are proof that the market is getting back on track”, LinkedIn noted in the list’s announcement.
