Tipico seals DFB CUP sponsorship deal


The German market leader for sports betting, Tipico, will be the new partner in the men’s and women’s DFB Cup. As part of the partnership, which runs until June 30, 2026.

Tipico will be allowed to advertise with the logos of the two cup competitions, among other things. The Tipico logo, in turn, will be visible around the games in the men’s and women’s DFB Cup, including on advertising boards and the digital channels of the competitions and the German Football Association (DFB).

Dr. Holger Blask, Chairman of the Management Board of DFB GmbH & Co. KG, says: “With Tipico, we welcome another partner for the women’s and men’s DFB Cup competitions. We look forward to new activations as part of the two traditional competitions with their finals in Cologne and Berlin. In partnership, we also want to continue and intensify our extensive efforts to deal with sports betting responsibly.”
