As part of its European strategy, the innovative casino entertainment provider has recently inaugurated its first office outside of Taiwan. 5 Star Media had the pleasure to meet Bryam Jacquet, Head of Business Development, TaDa Gaming, to find out what motivated them to move 9,774km to set up a new office.

TaDa Gaming – a New Force in Europe for the iGaming industry

Malta’s robust regulatory framework under the Malta Gaming Authority, its EU membership and business friendly approach made it a key destination for the TaDa team; and Bryam Jacquet is no stranger to relocation. 

From South America to Taiwan via San Francisco’s Silicon Valley, his career has taken him on a global trajectory. Multilingual, including Spanish, Mandarin and English, he has been part of TaDa Gaming for several years and is currently leading the team delivering the European success.

‘Malta plays a pivotal role in driving iGaming and we want to be part of this initiative. From innovation to regulation, a nexus of key players are based in Malta. Being able to leverage business opportunities and play a more significant role within the industry are key components of our European strategy,’ he explains. ‘This is a long-term strategy. Malta and Taiwan share many similarities as strategically placed islands with high population densities and a strong culture of innovation for growth and economic development, so we already feel very at home here. Building our brand and increasing our reach across regulated markets is our driving force.’

Successfully Accessing the Regulated European Market

For TaDa Gaming and its clients across Europe and the UK, the Malta office is an important step in the content provider’s European expansion. Currently it hosts client facing staff, with the Marketing and Events’ teams hot desking as they need. 

As Bryam points out; ’Our main goal is to make doing business with us not just profitable and successful but a pleasure. Being readily accessible to and for our European clients is critical. The time differences for many of our clients are now minimised and the opportunities are maximised. 

The success of our operations since we received our Malta Gaming Authority licence in 2023 is evident in our multiple new client signings including most recently in Holland and Belgium. Subsequently obtaining our Swedish B2B licence in May 2024 has reinforced this trust in our commitment to building a significant operation across Europe and to delivering new entertainment experiences for players.’

‘Fishing’ for New Players

For many players, the now hugely popular fishing games were the first introduction to the TaDa brand. Layering features such as Multipliers and a Jackpot with a Halloween theme in a shooting style fishing game like Ocean King has entertained even the most jaded palates and introduced a new audience to this style of immersive gaming. With Bombing Fishing and All-Star Fishing especially delivering incredible entertainment through social gaming opportunities and strategic play alongside significant reward systems, TaDa Gaming has shaken up the European market with its diverse and innovative approach and portfolio. 

Over 100 slots have already been certified, translated and localised, with 14+ language options and 50+ currencies. And this will only grow. With a minimum of four new releases every month, the company is especially excited about its latest offering, the TriLuck™ series. 

A Unique Offering

‘The TriLuck series is really unique to us,’ says Bryam. ‘The overarching concept behind each release in the series is three separate features interacting together to deliver accumulative wins, plus the chance to unlock all three features in a single spin for maximum wins. To date 3 Coin Treasures and 3 Lucky Piggy  are both live and 3 Pots Dragon will be released 31 July.

The impact so far has been impressive in the uplift in rounds played and percentage increase in player sign up. Clients are delighted with the engagement levels generated and we have more titles in production.

Overall, our Roadmap is full of exciting new releases and we will be further exhibiting at all the key shows and events including iGB L!VE; SBC Lisbon; and SiGMA in Malta. Our new European office is proving a great springboard for our expansion plans, our client services delivery and is definitely an improvement on our previous carbon footprint. And we are only just over half way through the year!’
